How much parking is available? The property can accommodate up to 100 vehicles. Production trucks up to 14 feet in height are welcome. Equipment staging areas are available on site.
Can large production vehicles access the property? Box trucks up to 14 feet tall can access the property.

What power is available on site? The property provides household-rated electrical current. Heating and air conditioning are available. Productions requiring additional power for lighting or equipment must supply their own generator.

How large is the property? Kelly Gulch is 24 acres of Topanga Canyon terrain featuring the historic log cabin, a barn with upstairs studio space, surrounding canyon landscape, and seasonal creeks. WiFi is available throughout the property.
